Shipping of your parcels

The delivery of our parcels is entrusted to the Colissimo service of La Poste and Delivengo service for shipments outside France.

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are generally prepared the same day and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours depending on the number of orders. The delivery time for a Colissimo is 48 hours for metropolitan France. A longer delivery time is necessary for international deliveries and in French overseas departments and territories.
In the event of a missing product, a first partial delivery of the available products is made, then a second one as soon as they are restocked. A message indicates the delivery time in case of restocking. You always have the possibility to modify your order by contacting us.
The preparation of orders is carried out with care, in compliance with health regulations. The invoice for all purchases made is included in the parcel.
