Mohair jumper
Knitted in Top Hair, a yarn composed of kid mohair and silk, the Melk jumper has all the assets of a wardrobe essential. It is knitted with an ultra-soft wool (kid mohair is the top mohair), giving a pleasant and sensual warmth. Its straight shape and rounded collar give it a casual look. The distinctive feature is the shoulder finish with 3 gold buttons. Wear the Melk jumper with dress trousers for an elegant look, with jeans, skirts or shorts for a more casual look.
Easy to knit
The Melk jumper is knitted in stockinette stitch with needle n°5 (8 US) for the body and 4.5 (7 US) for the ribbing edges. Knitting beginners who want to improve their technique can go for the making of this jumper. To make it, you need to know the following techniques:

The customization

The kit
The kit contains all you need to make the Melk jumper: mohair wool, the shoulder tab buttons, knitting needles and the pattern for sizes S, M, L and XL. If you don't need the needles, check on "without needles". Make sure you have some essential tools, such as a pair of scissors, a wool needle, two stitch holders and a tape measure. Maintenance
Wash your cardigan by hand or in the washing machine on the "wool" cycle at <30 degrees with a mild detergent. Rinse with clean water without using softener. Squeeze without wringing and dry flat in a ventilated area.
To keep your jumper for a long time, space out the washings and use little detergent. If there is an unwanted smell, simply air it out for a few hours.
Do not wear your jumper for several days in a row, but let it "rest". Store it flat in an unconfined area and avoid hanging it up.
