Arrow jumper to knit
Women's knitted jumper
This half-season jumper with small balloon sleeves is knitted in Diam, a pure merino wool. The neckline and bottom sleeves are highlighted with a white border. The kit contains balls of merino wool, optional knitting needles, a small sewing heart to sign your work and the knitting pattern for sizes S to XL.
The measurements of our model correspond to a size M. The height of the jumper is 55 cm for this size. The jumper shown is knitted in apricot Diamante with a white border.
Balloon sleeve jumper
The Arrow jumper has short, slightly puffed sleeves. The cut is straight, with set-in sleeves and a rounded neckline. The decorative stitch slightly cinches the waist. The neckline and bottom sleeves are embellished with a few white rows.
Wear this jumper in mid-season (autumn or spring), over jeans or high-waisted trousers.
How do I knit the jumper?
The Arrow Sweater is knitted with n°3.5 needles. To make it, you'll need a few basic knitting techniques:
- Knit knit and purl stitches
- Increase and decrease
- Pick up stitches
- Assembly
If you know these techniques, you can tackle this pattern. Knitting beginners who already have a little experience will benefit from getting help to pick up the stitches and assembly.
Personalisation
Diam merino wool comes in a range of colours. Choose the one that suits you best. The edging is available in white. If you would like a different colour, please leave a message when you place your order.
Select the size you'd like to knit, using the size guide if necessary.
The knitting kit
Everything you need is included in the kit: balls of merino wool, optional knitting needles, a small heart to be sewn in fine gold to sign your work and the knitting pattern with step-by-step explanations for sizes S, M, L and XL.
To make the Arrow Pullover, you'll also need a few tools, like a pair of scissors, a tape measure, a wool needle and, optionally, 2 stitch holder. Visit our Haberdashery page to complete your tools.
Caring for your jumper
Diam is a 100% natural wool. As a general rule, space out your washings and use little detergent. Wash your jumper by hand or in the washing machine, if it has a wool cycle. The temperature of the wash and rinse water should be constant and <30°C. Don't rub the jumper, but press it down one after the other. Rinse with clean water, without adding fabric softener. Squeeze without wringing and dry flat in a well-ventilated area.
Iron under steam, in the 2-point position, using a damp cloth.
Store in an uncluttered place, changing places regularly to avoid creasing.
