Shipping of your parcels


The delivery of our parcels is entrusted to the Colissimo service of La Poste and Delivengo for shipments outside France.

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays are generally prepared the same day and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours depending on the number of orders. The delivery time varies according to the destination.
In case of missing products, a first partial delivery of the available products is made, then a second one as soon as the products are restocked. A message will indicate the delivery time in case of restocking. You can always change your order by contacting us at info@tricotez-moi.com.
The preparation of orders is carried out with care, in compliance with health regulations. The invoice for all purchases made is included in the package.

Choosing your delivery method

Whatever delivery method you choose, we strongly advise you to register your telephone number. This will enable us to contact you in the event of any problems arising during delivery.

This Colissimo is the most expensive of the delivery methods, as it requires the postman to collect your signature. Your presence is therefore necessary at the time of delivery. If you choose this delivery method, plan to be present over a wide range of hours during the day.

If you are absent, the postman will leave a notice inviting you to come to the post office to collect your parcel.

Proof of delivery is provided by your signature. In the absence of a signature, the postman cannot register the parcel as delivered. If, despite everything, your parcel is declared as delivered even though you did not sign for it, you can file a claim with the nearest post office.

Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories are made exclusively by Colissimo with or without signature. Packages are sent with a customs declaration. The delivery time varies according to the place of delivery.

For delivery outside France, the shipping method is provided by Delivengo for all parcels weighing <2kg. For a higher weight, the service is provided by Colissimo.

The Delivengo service offers an advantageous price for small packages. The delivery time depends on the country of destination. In addition to this, there is the customs clearance time, which can extend the delivery time by several days.

When the Post Office takes charge of your parcel, an e-mail is sent to you with the tracking number.
