Guénolé Jumper knitting kit
Sailor's jumper to knit
Genuine sailor jumper to knit in fancy stitch from pure superfine merino wool (Diam quality). The kit contains balls of wool, navy anchor buttons, optional straight knitting needles, a small heart to sew on to sign your work and the knitting pattern for sizes S to XL.
Women's knitting kit jumper
Thanks to its particularly supple knit, the Guénolé Sweater is a comfortable, warm and pleasant to the touch marine jumper. The fancy stitch gives it roundness and fullness. It has a straight cut with raglan armholes and a rounded neckline. The jumper is closed at the front by a row of small buttons. The fine stripes match the body of the jumper and the sleeves.
Wear this model on all occasions and in all seasons with jeans or canvas trousers.

The knitting kit
Everything you need to make the Guénolé Sweater is included in the kit: balls of merino wool in the chosen colours, buttons decorated with a navy anchor, optional knitting needles, a small gold heart to sew on to sign your work and the knitting pattern with step-by-step instructions for sizes S, M, L and XL.
To make this pattern, you will also need a few tools, such as a pair of scissors, a tape measure, 2 stitch stoppers (optional), 1 wool needle. Please refer to our haberdashery page if you need to buy these tools.
Care
The Guénolé Sweater is knitted with 100% natural merino wool. Take care of your sweater to keep it for a long time. If your jumper has a bad smell, do not wash it, but air it out. The bacteria responsible for the smell will go away on their own.
Wash your jumper by hand or in the washing machine if it has a "wool" programme with a balance. Use little detergent and no fabric softener. The temperature of the wash and rinse water should be constant and <30°C. Do not rub the wool, but press it down successively. Squeeze without wringing and set the machine to spin at 600 rpm. Dry flat in a well-ventilated area.
Mohair cannot be ironed. You can hang it on the back of a chair to remove wrinkles or pin it to a fleece and spray it.
Store flat in an unconfined area and change places regularly.
