Want a soft, warm and comfortable sweater? The Nassella Sweater has many advantages. Its cut, slightly loose, is straight with mounted sleeves. The sleeves are balloon, tightened at the wrist and puffed. The rounded neckline is enhanced by a fancy openwork stitch. The sweater descends on the hips.
The Nassella Sweater is knitted in Top Hair, a blend of mohair wool and silk.
Wear this model to be warm in winter while remaining elegant. It goes well with jeans, high-waisted pants or a pencil skirt.
How to knit the sweater?
The Nassella Sweater is knitted with n°5 needles. To make it, it is necessary to know the basic knitting techniques:
- Knit stitches and purl
- Increase and decrease
- Pick up stitches for the nekline
- Bind off and assembly
If you know these techniques, you can get started on this project. If you are new to knitting, you can get help with raising the neckline stitches.

Maintenance
To keep your knitwear for a long time, follow carefully all the care recommendations. Space out the washings, do not wear your sweater several days in a row and use a mild detergent in small quantities.
Wash by hand or in the washing machine if it has a wool balance program. The temperature of the washing and rinsing water should be constant and <30°C to avoid felting the wool. Spin without wringing or at a speed <600 rpm. Dry flat in a well ventilated area.
Mohair does not iron
Store flat in an uncluttered area and change your sweater regularly to avoid creasing.
